Shipping Policy
Where we ship: United States (50 states + DC).
Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.99 — FREE on orders $35+
- Delivery window: 7–14 business days from order date
Order processing:
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm PT ship same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends ship the next business day.
- You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship from:
Rancho Cucamonga, California. All Lullacurl orders ship from our small US warehouse — no international fulfillment delays.
Lost or delayed packages:
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email hello@lullacurl.com with your order number and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
International orders:
We're working on international shipping. Join our email list to be notified when it's available in your country.
