Return & Refund Policy

The 30-Day Bedtime Guarantee

We want you to wake up to curls you love. If your Lullacurl Set isn't working for you for any reason, we'll take it back within 30 days of delivery — no photos, no forms, no questions.

How returns work:

  1. Email returns@lullacurl.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (US orders).
  3. Pack the set in any box or padded envelope and drop it at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

What we ask:

  • The set should be returned reasonably clean (no need to deep-clean, just shake out hair).
  • Include the silk pouch and any other components if you still have them.
  • US customers get free return shipping. International customers cover return postage.

Damaged or defective sets:

If your set arrived damaged or has a defect, email hello@lullacurl.com with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge and you don't need to return the damaged one.
